New Players:

• Fill out the Jersey number request form if you haven't done so already- Click Here.
• When filling out the jersey number request form, please list 5 jersey numbers in order of preference. You will be assigned the first available number.

• Please do not list the same number 5 times. ***note- if you list the same number 5 times, the club will assign the first available number.

Returning Players:

• If you already have the items, you do NOT need to purchase them again.

• Your jersey number from last season has been reserved for you. If you want to keep the same number, you do not need fill out a form. If you would like to change your number, please fill in the jersey number request form above

** Be sure to Reference the Size chart when you make your selection**

A set includes a home and away jersey.
